David represents a diverse client base in IP transactions, trademark and patent prosecution, IP portfolio management, and opinions as to patentability/registrability. He has also conducted IP due diligence studies for both private and public company transactions, managed numerous IP disputes (including litigation matters), and frequently provided IP litigation support (serving as co-counsel in federal court for trademark, copyright and patent litigation matters, and in state court for trade secret litigation).
Before becoming an attorney, David was a chemical engineer working with hydraulic systems and representing a specialty chemical company in field applications where he received recognition for his work in developing statistical models of plant equipment.
